St Catherine’s at the Boat Show
We hope you get a chance to visit the St Catherine’s marquee at the boat show this weekend. We have a great location just outside the maritime museum and a rota of club members keen to promote all we do!
If you’d like to learn to sail through our RYA accredited programme its not too late to book up for a summer course as there are spaces still. Check out the training course details here and please do come along and chat to the team this weekend to find out more as well.
This Sunday 1st May sailing is on at 10:00 am. it’s the Farley/Verney races 3 & 4. So make sure to organise your boat show visit around sailing!
Also Monday 9th May is the Liberation Day Regatta including Lunch. An event not to be missed.
2016 Spring Regatta
Hosted by RCIYC this is also fast approaching and sure to be a great weekend of sailing again from Sat 14th – Sun 15th May
Have you checked your boat lately?
A club member has just reported finding that a “small furry creature” had taken up residence in their boat berthed in the dinghy park. Some damage to boat covers and control lines had also occurred. So if you haven’t checked your boat for a while its recommended that you do so soon. We hope you’re not in for a similar surprise, but let a committee member know if you find your boat has been occupied as we are monitoring the situation!
