A Great Start to the Season!

With the Amy/ANRP series now at an end and the Easter Regatta behind us, we now go forward with a full season of racing, cruising and courses.

Well done to all the many sailors who have taken part so far it has been a joy to see so many on the water in such excellent conditions for the time of year. Thanks Inflatable Water Slide to all the on water volunteers for great racing, and house committee that gave up their time to make the Easter Regatta very special with eating outside after sailing .

A special mention to the winners of the first series, Tom Pollard in the fast boat and Olly Cadin in the slow boat class, and again congratulations to Tom for winning the Easter Regatta!

It’s not all about the winning as we have already seen our latest recruits out on the water joining the fleet with guidance and support around the courses. Level 3 sailors are out there getting their skills up before the next course with the support of parents and instructors making sure they are getting the best ot of the favourable conditions in our club boats.

We look forward to seeing you all at the club soon, sailing, helping out, or relaxing.

Please note that the club membership is now due, and our very efficient membership officer, Jamie will be chasing up subs. Please don’t be disappointed, get your 2017 membership in now.

Happy Sailing, Justin .
