Applicants of all ages are invited to apply for the 2014 Jersey Clipper Bursary – a cash award aimed at furthering maritime endeavour.
The bursary is designed to assist an Islander to achieve a particular nautical ambition. This could be a trip on a tall ship, participation in a watersports competition, undertaking a marine biology field trip or competing in an ocean race – anything with a maritime theme. A fun evening for all the family! The evening offers …….The option of a bar meal at the Yacht Club from 6pm – 7.30pm(Pay direct on the night, but please notify Helen BJ if you plan to eat, as Matthew needs to know numbers)

There’s a Christmas party at the Club House for all young SCSC members, especially for all those too bouncy castle for sale young to attend the Annual Dinner in November.
There will be party games and food and if we’re really lucky Father Christmas might just be able to find some time to pop in and say hello.
Please RSVP via e-mail to Catherine Behan letting me know how many adults and children will be coming. I will then let you know what food you will need to bring and special details for Father Christmas’ visit.

The annual Boxing day bouncy castle for sale sail will start at 11AM, mince pies, mulled wine and hot chocolate will also be served from 11AM so come down to the club and get some fresh air and cheer on the brave sailors working off their Christmas dinners, all members and their families are very welcome.
St. Catherine’s Sailing Club has raised £408 for Channel Islands Airsearch from a Charity raffle held at our Annual Dinner on 23 November. We would like to thank all the businesses that kindly donated prizes for this bouncy castle for sale important fundraising effort.
We will be laying up the club boats for the Winter on Sunday 1st December and really could do with some help. We will be meeting at the club at 10, and hopefully shouldn’t take more than a couple of hours (suitable quantities of bodies permitting!).
