ANNUAL DINNER & PRIZE GIVING

Saturday 24th November – St. Brelade’s Bay Hotel

Please do not feel it is too late to book your place at the Annual Dinner & Prize Giving!

Sorry for the delay but here at last is the official Children’s Menu – price only £10 per head. Should your child want to eat from the Adult menu a very special rate of £10 for one course – or £12.50 for two courses has been negotiated.  It’s £30 for Adults for a delicious 4 course meal & then coffee/tea.

Please complete Inflatable Water Slide the attached booking form to select your food & to indicate who you would like to sit on a table with – we can make up tables of 8 – 10 people.

If you are new to the Club don’t worry we can put you on a table with some lovely friendly members who will make sure you feel at home!

You will notice on the menu there is not a vegetarian option as such – I have spoken to the hotel & any vegetarians, as long as they let me know in advance can book from a variety of delicious options on the night.

If you have any food allergies please write these on your form too!

Cheques are to be made out to “St Catherine’s Sailing Club” & sent to :

Angela Raimbault
Labuan,
La Grande Route des Sablons, Grouville JE3 9FR
or ask for bank transfer details

All menu forms please e-mail back to Gemma.

Payments & forms must be received by FRIDAY 16TH NOVEMBER at the very latest as the hotel want all pre-orders by Saturday 17th November.

Don’t forget that rooms are available at a reduced rate for an overnight stay if you wish to avoid the drive or taxi home.  Please book rooms directly with the hotel (tel: 746141) and tell them you are part of the St Catherine’s Sailing Club party.

I look forwards to seeing you all there – we have capacity for well over a hundred guests!

Kindest regards
