Sailing at St. Catherine's

St. Catherine's Sailing Club is located on the east coast of Jersey. We have some of the most spectacular views of Jersey's coastline along one side of the bay, with the protection of St. Catherine's Breakwater, stretching out for just over 640 meters along on the other, making it an ideal place to learn to sail whatever the conditions may be!

Learning to sail at our club

St. Catherine's Sailing Club has a wide range of facilities, including changing facilities, classrooms and even a fully equipped kitchen. Not to mention our modern fleet of RIBs and our fleet of RS feva's, Pico's and Optimists which makes us an ideal club to learn to sail. We have a team of 7 sailing instructors supported by a dedicated fleet of 22 training boats.  Were even an RYA Volvo Champion Club.

We run a variety of courses every year

Winter

We run training weekends where specialist coaches come over from the UK to coach our Laser, Topper and Optimist racing fleets.

Spring

Moving onto Spring we run a variety of after-school or work courses in the evenings, making the most of that evening breeze and sunset.

Summer

During the summer holidays we run a range of extremely popular week-long courses catering for every level of sailor.
